What is the Bendigo Bank Rewards program?
The Bendigo Bank Rewards program allows you to earn Bendigo Bank Rewards points when you make an eligible purchase using your Bendigo Bank Platinum Rewards Mastercard. You'll earn 1.5 points on almost every dollar you spend on your Platinum Rewards Mastercard.
Who can join the Bendigo Bank Rewards program?
Anyone who spends on a Platinum Rewards Mastercard issued by Bendigo Bank for personal use will earn points and be eligible to participate in the program. Please note, only the account holder who is listed first on statements and in e-banking can register for the Bendigo Bank Rewards program.
Do I need to register for the Bendigo Bank Rewards program?
You automatically earn Bendigo Bank Rewards points by making eligible retail purchases with your Platinum Rewards Mastercard. In order to redeem points, see your balance, points due to expire or access other program features you’ll need to register on the Bendigo Bank Rewards website.
How do I register on the Bendigo Bank Rewards website?
Click on the ‘Register’ button and you will be prompted to enter your details. All you need is your 16 digit Platinum Rewards Mastercard credit card number, date of birth and email address. Visit the 'Your Profile' page for step by step instructions on how to register your profile today. Please note only the account holder who is listed first on statements and in e-banking can register for the Bendigo Bank Rewards program.
What are the requirements for setting my password?
Your password must be a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 24 characters. It must be different from your email address and must not contain either your First Name or Last name. Use numbers and letters only, no special characters eg. *#$, no spaces. Your password must contain at least 1 number, 1 upper case letter and 1 lower case letter. When changing your password, it must be different from your current password.
How do I log into my account?
Click on the login button and enter your email address and password. You will receive an email with a one time passcode, which you must enter into the field when prompted to do so on the website to successfully log in.
I need to change my personal details. How do I do this?
Log into the Bendigo Bank Rewards website and click 'Manage your Profile' to update your email address, password or email notifications. For anything else, including updating your postal address, please contact the Bendigo Bank contact centre on 1300 650 285.
I have forgotten my login details, how do I log in?
Click on the login button, click ‘forgot email’ then enter your credit card number. You will receive an email with a one time passcode, which you are required to enter into the relevant field on the website when prompted. Your user ID will then be displayed for you, so you can log in as per the normal process.
I have forgotten my Bendigo Bank Rewards website password. How do I get a new one?
Resetting your password is quick and easy, just click the ‘login’ button and click ‘forgot password’ then enter the email address which you have registered to your Rewards Profile. You will receive an email with a one time passcode, which must be entered into the relevant field on the website when prompted. From there, you can choose a new password for your account.
I need to change my password. How do I do this?
Changing your password is quick and easy. When logged in to the Bendigo Bank Rewards website, visit the ‘Manage your Profile’ page and enter your new password, confirm your new password then click on the 'Submit' button. You will receive an email to confirm this has been changed.
Where on the Bendigo Bank Rewards website can I track my points?
Your current points balance will be displayed on the Bendigo Bank Rewards website when you logon. You can also view your points balance, points history, points due to expire and points redeemed by clicking on the ‘My Points’ link once you have logged onto the Bendigo Bank Rewards website.
How long does it take for points to be added to my Rewards account?
Please allow up to 24 hours from when you see the transaction in your account for points to be added to your Rewards points balance.
I don't think my points total is correct. Who should I speak with about this?
Please contact the Bendigo Bank Rewards contact centre on 1300 650 285 and our dedicated team will be able to answer any questions, inform you of your points balance and resolve any queries you may have with regards to your points balance.
Do points expire?
Bendigo Bank Reward points are valid for three full years. To check point’s due to expire, login to your Bendigo Bank Rewards account and view within the ‘My Points’ section of the website.
Can I still redeem my points if I cancel or close my Platinum Rewards Mastercard credit card?
If your Platinum Rewards Mastercard credit card has been closed, you will forfeit any rewards points that have not been redeemed.
Is there a maximum amount of points I can earn?
No, there is no points capping in the Bendigo Bank Rewards program.
If I redeem my points for a reward will my points be deducted immediately?
Yes, as soon as you redeem points for a Reward the points will be automatically deducted from your Bendigo Bank Rewards point balance.
If I add a reward to my cart will my points be deducted?
No, points are only deducted from your account once you proceed through the checkout and your order is complete.
What counts as an eligible purchase?
Eligible Transaction means the purchase of goods or services from merchants accepting your Platinum Rewards Mastercard credit card (including GST payable for those goods or services by you) excluding any Ineligible Transactions. Rewards points are not earned on any of the following transactions: BPAY transactions; balance transfers; cash advances; cash equivalent transactions; transactions for gambling or gaming purposes; payments made to the Australian Taxation Office; any fee or charge, including any government charges or duties; interest and finance charges payable or paid on your Credit Card; transactions which are disputed, fraudulent or involve the abuse or unauthorised use of your Credit Card; and payments and purchases which are refunded or reimbursed.
How do I redeem my points through the Bendigo Bank Rewards website?
Choose from gift cards to homewares, outdoors, cash back and rewards on sale. Simply select the reward that you wish to redeem and then click 'Add to Cart'. Once you are happy with your selection click 'Checkout' to redeem your reward.
I haven't received my reward. When should I expect to receive my reward?
Digital gift cards are sent within 4 hours and cash-back are fulfilled within 2 days. For all other rewards we will endeavour to dispatch within 7-10 working days of completion of your order. If after 15 working days you have not received your order, please contact the Bendigo Bank Rewards contact centre team on 1300 650 285.
Can my Rewards be delivered to a PO Box?
All delivery addresses must be a street address within Australia. Post Office Box addresses will not be accepted. If you have a PO Box associated with your account and wish to make a redemption, please contact the Rewards contact centre team on 1300 650 285.
Can my rewards redemption be delivered at a nominated time?
No, unfortunately we are unable to provide you with a specific date or time for a rewards delivery.
How much is the delivery charge for my rewards?
There is no additional payment required for postage. The delivery charge will vary according to the rewards you are redeeming. The delivery charge is included in the number of points quoted for rewards.
Cash back allows you to use your points to reduce the balance on your Bendigo Bank Rewards Card. Credit will be allocated to your Platinum Rewards Mastercard within 2 business days. Bendigo Bank cash back credit is not transferable and cannot be cancelled once issued.
What is a digital gift card?
A digital gift card (eGift Card) is an electronic version of a physical gift card. Unlike physical gift cards, these are stored and sent electronically via email, so you can view, redeem or print the digital gift card in real-time.
How will I receive my digital gift card?
All digital gift cards will be sent to your designated email address. Please ensure your email address is correct within the order confirmation page as this cannot be changed once your order has been completed. Please note the confirmation email sent at the time you place your order is to provide receipt of your order details and will not contain links to eGift Cards. Another email containing the link to your eGift Card is delivered separately within 4 hours. Please also note that if you ordered more than one eGift Card, you’ll receive a separate email for each one.
When should I expect to receive my digital gift card?
The digital gift card is sent within 4 hours to the email address confirmed at checkout. If you do not receive your digital gift card or order confirmation, please first check that it isn’t in your Junk or Spam mailbox.
My digital gift card order email has not arrived. Who can I contact?
If you have confirmed the digital gift card has not been sent to your email address within 4 hours, please contact the Bendigo Bank Rewards contact centre team on 1300 650 285.
How many digital gift cards can I purchase online in one transaction?
You may redeem multiple digital gift cards of any available denomination. Each digital gift card you order will be sent in a separate email, regardless of denomination and/or brand.
I am unable to access my eGift Card/the link to access my eGift Card is not working.
If clicking the Access eGift Card button in your email doesn't work, please copy and paste the entire URL into your web browser address bar. Please try using different browsers available to you as some browser versions might not be supported.
How do I use my digital gift card?
Where can the digital gift card be redeemed?
Digital gift cards can be redeemed at the designated retailer (brand) listed and the retailer (brand) on the digital gift card itself.
What is the expiry date of the digital gift card?
Expiry varies depending on the retailer. You may view the terms and conditions (validity) located in the link at the bottom of the product description found on the product page the original order was placed.
Can I give digital gift card to a friend or family member?
Yes – you may send the digital gift card to a friend or family member by forwarding the e-gift card email or providing them with a printed copy.
Once a purchase has been confirmed, can I make changes to my order or get a refund?
Once you have placed your digital gift card order, you cannot cancel your purchase. Refunds do not apply to digital gift cards.
I have not saved my e-mail order confirmation including the Tax Invoice and now I need a Tax Invoice. What do I do?
You can request a copy of your tax invoice by contacting the Bendigo Bank Rewards contact centre on 1300 650 285.
What happens if I'm not happy with my Reward?
You cannot return a Reward because you change your mind. If the product is faulty, damaged or unfit for use it may be returned within five days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Please contact the Bendigo Bank Rewards contact centre by calling 1300 650 285.
What happens if I lose a voucher or gift certificate?
A voucher or gift certificate (electronic or paper) redeemed from the Bendigo Bank Rewards website will not be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen, destroyed or expired.

Who can I contact if I have a complaint?
Any enquiries regarding discrepancies with points redeemed or payments made to obtain Rewards should be directed to the Bendigo Bank Rewards contact centre by calling 1300 650 285, within six months of the date of the relevant order.
